Player Evaluations Saturday, September 12

Player Evaluation times and location have been finalized. Evaluations will be held at Northland Church, 5200 Northland Ave NE, Cedar Rapids on Saturday, September 12th. In order to participate in the evaluation process, player Registration & Team Fee along with the Participation Waiver needs to be received by Monday, August 31st. Any registrations received after 8/31 will be placed on a wait list based on the number of participants in each grade level. As a reminder, checks should be made payable to Jr. Cougar Basketball and mailed along with the waiver to Jr. Cougar Basketball, PO Box 10423 Cedar Rapids, IA 52410.

We will send more information in advance of the evaluations but evaluation times for each grade level are as follows:

3rd Grade - 12:00-1:00pm
4th Grade - 1:15-2:15pm
6th Grade - 2:30-3:30pm
7th Grade - 3:45-4:45pm
8th Grade - 5:00-6:00pm

Jr. Cougar Basketball is modifying the team formation process to provide greater flexibility for everyone involved as we prepare for the upcoming season while navigating COVID-related challenges. We will incorporate this 1-day evaluation for those that choose to attend along with guidance from grade-level coaches to build teams. We do not plan to hold a 2nd try-out for those that aren't able to attend on the 12th. The process for ordering uniforms will be emailed to registered participants prior to evaluations.
